Eric Liu, MD, FACS
Dr. Eric Liu is a renowned surgeon specializing in neuroendocrine disease and the co-founder of the Healing NET Foundation. He established the first U.S. clinical trial for the Gallium 68 PET scan to diagnose neuroendocrine tumors and trained at the world-leading Neuroendocrine Center of Excellence in Sweden. Dr. Liu lectures nationwide and co-founded The Neuroendocrine Institute at Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers in Denver. A Harvard and Columbia alumnus, he has earned numerous accolades, including the National Cancer Institute’s Paul Calabresi Award for Clinical Oncology.

Leigh-Anne Kamerman Burns, MS, LDN, RD Leigh-Anne is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in the United States of America. She has been practicing for 27 years, Specialized in Oncology and HIV.  In addition to her work as Clinical nutritionist she has dedicated a lot of effort to cancer prevention and early detection programs. As an Instructor of Clinical medicine for 25 years with LSU Medical School New Orleans she has had the opportunity to educate patients, medical students, Dietetic Interns and other health care providers the importance of nutrition including nutrition for patients living with NETS. She has practiced in New Orleans in Outpatient Oncology Clinic specialized in Neuroendocrine Tumors since 2002 working with the finest physicians and surgeons who all contribute to changing the lives of patients living with NETs. 15 years experience working with NET patients

Meghan Eoff, RDN Meghan Eoff holds a BS in Dietetics from California State University, Fresno, and completed her post-grad training through NutraCo.  Meghan’s goal as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist is to nurture self-empowerment by helping individuals establish a healthy relationship with food and use it as a holistic avenue to health. By providing evidence-based nutrition education, she helps clients achieve their goals effectively and sustainably. Meghan can help you improve your eating behaviors, relationship with food and body image, or manage symptoms from conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, PCOS, IBS, IBD, or cancer. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, attending community events, volunteering, listening to music, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.

Corrin Coons, RD
Corrin Coons is an inpatient dietitian specializing in nutrition support for critically ill and oncology patients. She earned her undergraduate degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University and completed her master's degree in Clinical Nutrition, along with a dietetic internship, at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and UW Health Hospital. Currently, Corrin works at Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center, where she covers the ICU, transplant, Spalding rehab, spine, and med-surg floors, including care for patients with neuroendocrine tumors. Her passion lies in providing personalized nutritional care to support recovery and improve outcomes. Outside of work, Corrin enjoys yoga, backpacking, and spending time outdoors at her family cabin in Red Feathers, Colorado.
